“Oops” Error occurred

This error can happen when collecting gifts, playing recovered bonus rounds, playing special features etc.

If you encounter this situation, you should take a screenshot, get the technical logs, and create a ticket to Customer Support explaining in which situation this error occurred.

My Bonus Game Froze

If a bonus round froze in a certain machine, Slotomania has a Recovery Bonus Session. In case of lost connection, your game gets interrupted or you exit a machine, your Free Spins or Bonus Game will be saved. The next time you enter that machine, you can continue where you left off.

We recommend that you don’t save them for too long, as they may become permanently lost when the machine gets updated.

If you are not able to resume/play your bonus game, please take a screenshot of the screen, get the technical logs and make a ticket to Customer Support.

 

How do I get my technical logs?

To get your technical logs please go to Menu > About and then tap rapidly on the game version. You will get a pop-up with the log number.

Account disabled

If you see this error, it means that your account was either suspended or permanently banned.

Check your email for more details. In case you do not find an email, you can contact Customer Support.



Playing elsewhere

If you see this error, make sure you don’t have the game opened on another device. Try closing all open apps and reload the game.

In case this situation persists contact Customer Support.

My lobby features are grayed out

If your lobby features are grayed out, please give them a couple more moments to load as the game resources may take more time to load.

In case your lobby features still do not load after some time, check your internet connection to see if it is stable and strong.

After checking the above, if the icons still don’t load, take a screenshot, test your internet speed and contact Customer Support with the screenshot and details of your speed test.

 

The game is not loading on my device

Loading issues can happen due to a number of factors, some of which are beyond our control.

If you are using an Android device, please make sure that the game is up to date and you are using a strong internet connection. If you are still experiencing loading issues on your mobile device, video record your game while spinning and send it over to us!

  • iOS device – My game is not loading on my device

If you are using an iOS device, please make sure that the game is up to date and you are using a strong internet connection. Make sure you device has enough memory and that you have the iOS updated to the latest version. How do I move my progress to a new device?

If you play Slotomania only from a mobile device, you have the option to enter the game through your Facebook account or enter it by creating an account with your email address and a password.
The only way to transfer your balance from one mobile device to another is by connecting both of them to Facebook.

When you connect your device to Facebook, you should see the option to merge your account. When you see that option, click Yes. When you get your new device, please do the same and your balance and progress in the game will be kept.
