Solitaire TriPeaks Journey is a free card game built on TriPeaks solitaire. You clear a board by picking cards one rank above or below the one you’re on, and each board you finish moves you further along a map of themed places.
Coins pay for the boosters that get you past the hard boards, so most people run short of them eventually. Ghost Studio posts gift links on its own Facebook page, and our TriPeaks Journey free coins page collects those in one list.

What the game is
TriPeaks is the version of solitaire where the cards are dealt in peaks and you clear them onto a single pile. It's quick to learn, and a board takes a few minutes rather than a sitting.
What Ghost Studio built around it is a journey. You travel through themed places, and the store description lists tropical islands, underwater worlds and seasonal destinations among them. Claire and her puppy Lucky lead you through it, and the App Store copy introduces them by name.
So you're doing two things at once: playing a card game, and working along a map. That map is what keeps people coming back, because there's always a next place to reach.
How a board works
The rules are short enough to learn in a minute, and the studio doesn't change them between levels.
Look at your active card. It sits at the bottom of the screen, and it's the one everything else is measured against.
Take anything one rank above or below it. On a 7 you can take a 6 or an 8. Whatever you take becomes the new active card.
Keep the chain going. Every card you take in a row builds your streak, and the App Store copy says filling the Streak Meter pays you bonuses and Wild Cards.
Draw when you're stuck. No playable card means drawing a new one from the pile, and the pile is finite. Run it out with cards still on the board and the level's over.
That last part is where the thinking comes in. Two cards will often both be legal, and the better one is whichever opens up the longer chain afterwards. Taking the first card you see is how people lose boards they should have won.
Worth knowing. Some of what you get is luck. You choose the order you clear cards in, but you don't choose what's face down or what comes off the pile. Good play raises your odds, it doesn't promise you the board.
Boosters and Wild Cards
Boosters are what coins buy, and they're the reason coins matter. Google Play names five of them.
| Booster | What the listings say |
|---|---|
| Wild Card | The one people save. It continues a chain when no ordinary card fits, and the App Store ties earning them to your Streak Meter |
| Undo | Takes back your last move |
| Tornado | Named on the Google Play listing as one of the boosters for tricky layouts |
| Dice | Also named on the listing, alongside the others |
| Lightning Ball | The fifth of the boosters Google Play names |
Ghost Studio doesn't spell out exactly what each one does, beyond naming them and calling them helpful when the cards get tricky. Tap a booster's own description in the game before you spend it, because that's the only place the effect is actually written down.
Levels and events
Google Play advertises more than 15,000 levels, with 75 new ones added every two weeks. At that rate you aren't going to run out.
The two stores don't agree on this
Google Play says over 15,000 levels. The App Store description still says "hundreds of different levels, with more in later releases". Same game, same week. Apple's text is simply older marketing copy that nobody has refreshed, so go by the Google Play figure.
Around the map there are daily events with their own prizes, and Merge events where you combine items on a themed board for extra rewards. There's a leaderboard too, so your results can be measured against other players.
Playing offline
This is the feature worth knowing about if you travel. Both listings say the card game works without a connection, and Apple's copy puts it flatly: "No Wi-Fi or internet connection is required."
Google Play adds the part that matters: your progress syncs back up once you're online again. So a flight or a train doesn't cost you the levels you cleared.
The things that do need a connection are the ones that reach outside the game, so events, the leaderboard, purchases, ads and the gift links on Facebook all need you online.
Not the same as Tiki Solitaire
There are several TriPeaks games with near-identical names, and people mix them up constantly. The one this page is about is Ghost Studio's, and it's a different game from Tiki Solitaire TriPeaks.
| TriPeaks Journey | Tiki Solitaire TriPeaks | |
|---|---|---|
| Who makes it | GHOST STUDIO Co., Limited | A different studio |
| Our page for it | You're on it | Tiki Solitaire free coins |
Separate games mean separate accounts, separate coins and separate gift links. A link for one of them does nothing in the other, which is the thing to watch when a site lists TriPeaks freebies without saying which game it means.
What it costs
Free to download, and you can play it without paying. The app carries ads, and it sells coins and boosters.
There's also a subscription, and the App Store lists three of them: $5.99 a month after a seven-day free trial, $14.99 for three months, or $49.99 for a year. Prices differ by country.
What a subscription gets you, in the studio's own list: extra daily coins, one more maximum life, double rewards, no ads, a VIP marker on the map and VIP customer service.
Before you buy anything. Google Play flags this game as having "In-Game Purchases (Includes Random Items)", which means some of what you can buy is a random draw rather than a specific item. Ghost Studio doesn't publish what the chances are, so a purchase like that is never a promise of a particular reward.

Google Play says over 15,000, with 75 new ones every two weeks. The App Store description still says "hundreds", but that copy is older and hasn't been refreshed.
