June’s Journey Overview October 2026

June’s Journey: Hidden Objects is a free mystery game for iPhone, iPad, Android and web browsers. It’s set in the 1920s. You play as June Parker, who’s trying to find out who killed her sister. You search busy pictures for hidden items and fix up her family’s island home. It’s been on Google Play since October 3, 2017.

Playing scenes costs Energy, and Energy runs out. Wooga posts free gift links on its Facebook page, and our June’s Journey free gifts page shows them as cards with the date on each one.

    The story

June Parker is an amateur detective in the 1920s. Her sister was murdered, and June wants to know who did it. The case takes her from New York to Paris and other places, with family secrets and a bit of romance on the way. The story comes in chapters, and new ones keep coming. Google Play's listing says new scenes and story twists arrive weekly.

How a hidden object scene works

Each scene is a big, busy picture. A list at the bottom shows what to find. Tap an item when you spot it, and it comes off the list. Clear the list and you win. The faster you go, the higher your score, but a wrong tap costs you points.

Stuck? Tap the light bulb for a free hint. It needs time to recharge after each use. Sometimes a found item pops out a suitcase, which means a bonus you'll see at the end.

    • Stars. Replaying a scene adds to its score. You can earn up to five Stars a scene, and each one's harder than the last. Every new Star gives you a Star Box, and every fifth one is a 5-Star Box.

    • Clues. You find a scene's first clue the first time you play it. The second clue shows up after you've earned that scene's third Star. From Chapter 2 on, you need both to keep the story going.

    • Adventure Scenes. Each chapter has five hidden object scenes and then an Adventure Scene. It's a puzzle where you use items to solve a little mystery, and it has no time bonus, so take it slow.

    Orchid Island and Flowers

Orchid Island is June's family home. You build, decorate and repair it as the story goes on. Doing that earns Flowers, and Flowers raise your level. To open the next chapter, you need to finish the Adventure Scene and reach the Flower level the chapter asks for.

You get Flowers by placing decorations, upgrading buildings and restoring landmarks. After Chapter 7, Jack's Deliveries give you another way, where you send materials around the world for rewards. Wooga says that one isn't open to everyone yet. The shop shows how many Flowers each item gives. If your level's stuck, Wooga suggests moving weak decorations to storage on your cargo ship and putting out better ones.

    Coins, Diamonds and Energy

    • Coins. Your buildings make them, and you collect them every few hours. Scenes and Star Boxes pay Coins too. You spend them on decorations, buildings and clearing junk off the island.

    • Diamonds. These speed up timers, buy missing materials and refill Energy. You'll find a few when you clear trees and stones, in Star Boxes, and now and then after a scene.

    • Energy. Playing scenes uses it. The bar holds 110 Energy, or 150 if you buy the extended bar, and it refills over time.

    Clubs and the Café

Detective Clubs open at Chapter 4, Scene 2. A club holds up to 15 players, and starting your own costs 5,000 Coins. Joining one also opens the Café, where club mates share drinks. Clubs team up in Club Mysteries and in Detective Leagues, where the top clubs move up a division.

    Playing on a computer

If you play inside Facebook.com, that's ending at the end of 2026, because Meta is changing how its web games work. Wooga is moving those players to play.junesjourney.com. Log in there with the same Facebook account and your island, club and friends come with you. Google Play also lists Windows PCs.

The two stores don't agree on age. Apple says 18+ and lists loot boxes, ads, and messaging and chat. Google Play's box says Teen, but its own text says the game's meant for players 18 and older. Wooga's help center does post the average odds for what's inside Star Boxes and Memoirs packs.
