Carnival Tycoon Overview October 2026

Carnival Tycoon is a free theme park game for iPhone, iPad and Android. You start with a small park, build roller coasters and Ferris wheels, and upgrade them so more visitors come. Your park makes coins even when you’re not playing. It’s been on the App Store since January 30, 2024.

The coins pay for rides, and spins help you win more coins. The official Facebook page gives away free spins links, and our Carnival Tycoon free spins page lists them with the date on each one.

Building your park

You start with a small theme park and a few rides. Visitors ride them, and that brings in coins. You spend the coins on new rides and on making the old ones better.

  • Upgrade rides. A bigger ride takes only a few taps to upgrade.

  • Add seats. More seats mean more visitors on each ride.

  • Make rides work better. You can improve how well each ride runs, and renovate it so visitors enjoy it more.

Your park keeps making coins while you're away. When you come back, the coins are waiting, and you can put them toward the next upgrade.

Spins and batteries

The store listings talk about rides, but there's also a slot machine. The studio's own link page calls it a slots game and asks: jackpot, attack, raid? Each spin can win you coins or a chance to hit other players.

You'll see two words for the same thing. The free spins links say Get Your Spins, and the studio's giveaway posts hand out batteries. Its Discord invite pairs a battery icon with the words more spins. So if a post promises batteries, it's talking about your spins.

Agent dogs and friends

Building isn't the only way to get coins. The game lets you hire secret agent dogs to steal coins from other players. Other players can do the same to you.

You don't have to play alone. The Friends Club lets you invite friends to join you as a team and build together. There's also an official fan group on Facebook, linked from the game's Facebook page.

Themed islands and albums

As your park grows, new themed islands open up. Each new island brings in more coins, so there's always a next place to build.

The game also runs album events. In one of them, the studio asked players to collect all 15 dolls to double their album rewards. Dolls came from mystery boxes, and any doll you already had turned into points.

The Facebook page runs giveaways too. To enter, you usually comment with your Game ID, and the studio says you'll find it in the game's settings.

Who makes it

Both stores list the company as Wild Candle Spin LLC. Its website gives an address in Palo Alto, California, and the support email is [email protected]. On Google Play, the developer details name AppLovin Cyprus Limited. Carnival Tycoon is the only game on the studio's website.

It's still being updated. Google Play's last update was October 16, 2026, and the App Store shows version 1.0.125. The notes just say the update brings new features and improvements.

Age ratings and prices

Apple rates it 18+ for frequent simulated gambling and says it has ads. Google Play rates it Everyone 10+, with crude humor, gambling themes, players who can talk to each other, and purchases that include random items. The studio's own terms add a rule. You must be 16 or older, and if you're under 18, a parent or guardian has to agree.

StoreWhat it shows
App Store4.8 stars from 78K ratings, 18+
Google Play4.5 stars from 132K reviews, Everyone 10+, 10M+ downloads

On Apple you need iOS 15.0 or later, and the download is 294.4 MB. It also runs on Macs with an Apple M1 chip or newer and on Apple Vision. On Google Play, it's listed for Windows computers as well. Its Data safety section says the app may share personal and financial info with other companies, that data isn't encrypted, and that you can ask for it to be deleted.

Common questions

Is Carnival Tycoon free?

Yes. It's free to download on the App Store and Google Play, and it has ads. You can also buy things inside the game. Apple's list of its most popular purchases runs from $0.99 to $19.99. Google Play says the game sells items but doesn't show a price range.

Where do Carnival Tycoon free spins links come from?

The official Facebook page posts them. Each one starts with the words Get Your Spins and a short link. Our free spins page lists those links as cards with the date each one went up, so you can open them on your phone.

Is Carnival Tycoon for kids?

The stores don't agree. Apple rates it 18+ for frequent simulated gambling. Google Play rates it Everyone 10+ and lists gambling themes. The studio's own terms say you have to be at least 16, and anyone under 18 needs a parent's OK.

Does Carnival Tycoon keep earning when I'm not playing?

Yes. Both store listings say your park earns coins even when you're away. You collect them the next time you open the game. You'll still need spins, and an internet connection, for the slot machine and for the free reward links.
