How to Change Your Profile Picture in WSOP

Your profile picture in WSOP is what other players see when you’re at the table. If you’re still rocking the default avatar, it takes about a minute to change it to something more personal. Here’s exactly how to do it.

Step 1: Open Your Profile

From the main lobby in WSOP, find and tap your avatar or profile area. It’s usually in the top left or top right corner of the screen, often showing your current avatar picture alongside your username and chip count. Tapping it should open your profile page.

Step 2: Find the Edit or Customize Option

Once you’re on your profile page, look for an Edit button or a pencil icon near your current profile picture. Some versions of the app have a dedicated Customize Profile or Edit Avatar section. Tap whichever option lets you change your image.

Step 3: Choose Your New Avatar

WSOP gives you a selection of in-game avatars to choose from. These are pre-designed characters and images that you can set as your profile picture. Browse through the available options and tap the one you want. Some avatars are unlocked by default, while others may need to be earned through gameplay, leveling up, or special events.

Unlocking More Avatars

If you want a wider selection, playing more and progressing through the game unlocks additional avatar options. Some exclusive avatars are tied to specific achievements, event completions, or VIP status. Keep an eye on events and limited-time promotions because they sometimes offer unique avatars that aren’t available any other way.

Using a Facebook Profile Photo

If your WSOP account is connected to Facebook, there may be an option to use your Facebook profile photo as your WSOP avatar. This depends on your privacy settings in Facebook and what you’ve authorized the WSOP app to access. Look for a Facebook-connected option in the avatar selection screen if you want to go this route.

Step 4: Save Your Changes

After selecting your new avatar, tap the Save or Confirm button to apply it. Your new profile picture should show up immediately in the lobby and at the poker table. Other players will see your new avatar the next time they’re at a table with you.

Troubleshooting

If your new avatar isn’t showing up after saving, try closing and reopening the app. This refreshes your account data and usually resolves any display delay. If the issue persists, check that you actually hit the Save button rather than just browsing and closing the screen.

That’s all there is to it. Personalizing your avatar is a small thing, but it makes the game feel more like yours, and other players definitely notice when you’ve got a distinctive profile picture at the table.
