How to Find Your Bingo Blitz Order Receipt and Purchase History

If you made a purchase in Bingo Blitz and need a receipt, whether for a refund request, a billing dispute, or just to track what you spent, the process is pretty straightforward. The receipt doesn’t come from Bingo Blitz directly. It comes from whatever platform you used to buy. Here’s how to find it depending on your device.

Finding a Receipt on iPhone or iPad (App Store)

Apple handles all purchases made through iOS apps. To find your receipts:

  • Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad
  • Tap your name at the top, then tap Media and Purchases
  • Tap View Account and sign in if prompted
  • Scroll down and tap Purchase History

Your Bingo Blitz purchases will appear here with dates and amounts. Apple also sends a receipt email to your Apple ID email address after every purchase. Check your inbox and search for “Your receipt from Apple” if you need a copy.

Finding a Receipt on Android (Google Play)

Google Play manages all Android purchases. To find receipts:

  • Open the Google Play Store app
  • Tap your profile icon in the top right
  • Tap Payments and subscriptions, then Purchase history

You’ll see your Bingo Blitz purchases listed there. Google also sends receipt emails to your Google account’s email address, so check your inbox for those too.

Finding a Receipt on Facebook

If you play Bingo Blitz through Facebook and made purchases there:

  • Go to Facebook and click on your account menu
  • Navigate to Settings and Privacy, then Settings
  • Look for Payments in the left menu
  • Your Facebook Pay transaction history will show your Bingo Blitz purchases

What If a Purchase Didn’t Come Through

If you have a receipt showing you were charged but you never got the credits or items in-game, that’s a support issue. Contact Bingo Blitz support and attach your receipt to the ticket. Include the transaction ID, the date, and the amount. Support can verify the purchase on their end and manually apply the items to your account.

Can Bingo Blitz Directly Give You a Receipt

No. Bingo Blitz itself doesn’t issue purchase receipts because all transactions go through Apple, Google, or Facebook. Those platforms are the payment processors, so receipts come from them. Bingo Blitz support can confirm that a purchase was applied to your account, but for an official billing document, you need to go to the platform you paid through.
