In order to get in touch with us, all you need to do is select the link “Open Support Ticket” found on the support page. From there, you must select a category for your issue, and then it to the best of your ability.
Once you select the Category, you will also need to select a subject. For example, if you have Account Issues, the “Subject” breakdown will include “My account reset to 0”, “Merge Accounts” and “Login Issues”.
Once you’ve done that, enter your email address in the appropriate field so we know where to contact you with our reply!
Another way to make your support experience easier is including screenshots. Screenshots are useful and important, and they can help us visualize the problem. Taking this further, in case your problem needs our Technical Team, using screenshots will help them investigate your issue more effectively.
