  • Android Purchases

Purchase or Purchasing on the Google Play Store requires that you use Google Play as payment platform for Slotomania. This means that they will be handling the transaction on your behalf and then redirecting the money to us, your account will be credited afterwards with in-game items purchased.

If your payment method was charged and you did not receive any game items, please contact Google Play to see if your purchase has gone through or if it has been canceled. We have no control over the purchases and your account will not be credited in case Google Play does not approve the transaction.

For any refund requests, please contact Google Play, as we have no access to their payment platform and cannot issue refunds.

  • iTunes/Apple Purchases

Purchasing on the App Store requires that you use iTunes as payment platform for Slotomania. This means that they will be handling the transaction on your behalf and then redirecting the money to us, your account will be credited afterwards with in-game items purchased.

If your payment method was charged and you did not receive any game items, please contact iTunes Customer Support to see if your purchase has gone through or if it has been canceled. We have no control over the purchases and your account will not be credited in case iTunes does not approve the transaction.

  • Facebook Purchases

Purchasing on Facebook requires that you use Facebook as payment platform for Slotomania. This means that Facebook will be handling the transaction on your behalf and then redirecting the money to us, your account will be credited afterwards with the in-game items purchased. Select the package or game offer you would like and the pop-up to confirm the transaction will appear. If you have saved a payment method previously , Facebook will show it to you.

The option to add a new payment method will also appear. Please verify the transaction details, as it may include any possible taxes and/ or fees that you will be paying, we do not have any control over any additional fees.

  • Kindle Purchases

All purchases via Amazon are made through the payment method that is assigned to your account and Slotomania has no control over this.

With any questions regarding credit purchases via your Amazon Account please contact them by clicking here Please note that during periods of high traffic, it can take some time for the purchased goods to appear in your Slotomania balance. Also, on occasion payments may be cancelled by your payment provider or Amazon due to a number of reasons. These cancelled transactions may show up in your bank statements as a pending payment but it was in fact cancelled and you will not be charged for it.

You should also receive a notification with the details of the requested transaction and a notification of cancellation. In case you wish to submit a ticket regarding purchases made, please provide the date and amount of purchase in question and any transaction receipts you may have.

  • Sloto Bucks Purchases

  • How do I check my Google Play purchase history?

On your mobile device, open the Google Play Store app.

• Touch the Menu icon > Account.

• Move down to review your orders.
