You’re one merge away from finishing an order, and your Energy bar says zero. It only comes back 1 point every 2 minutes, so filling it takes more than 3 hours.
The Mystery Town studio gives away free Energy as links. They go up on the official Facebook page, mixed in with puzzles, contests and event news. The studio calls them first come, first served, which means each link only has so many rewards to hand out.
Here they’re shown as cards, each with the date the studio posted it. For the story, the board and the Energy Boost, see our Mystery Town guide.
Today’s Mystery Town free energy links
Use them on the device that has the game.
Open these on the phone or tablet that has the game. If a card comes up empty, the one above it is newer.
How to use an energy link
Tap a card on your phone or tablet. The link opens the game.
No game on that device? Then it'll send you to the App Store or Google Play instead. Switch to the device you play on.
Go soon. First come, first served means the newest card is your best chance.
Why a link can come up empty
Each energy link has a limited number of rewards. Once enough players have used it, there's nothing left. So an older card may give you nothing. Make sure your game's up to date. You can update it from the store, or tap the download icon marked "new" on the game's main screen. Then try the card at the top.
Other free Energy in the game
Waiting. You get 1 point back every 2 minutes, up to 99.
Energy Boxes. Tap them when they pop up on your board.
Orders. A finished order pays Energy, Coins or other prizes.
Buildings. Some buildings on the town map make Energy for you.
Wild Cards. If your card album's already full, a Wild Card turns into Energy and Diamonds.
Facebook contests. Some posts ask a question. The studio picks a few commenters at random, and they win Energy.
Make your Energy last
After Level 30, the Energy Boost can switch on by itself once you're over 300 Energy, and then every tap costs more. If you'd rather save it, tap any generator and set the boost to 1x. It also helps to only make items your orders need.
Common questions
Where does the studio post energy links?
On its official Facebook page, which goes by Mystery Town - Merge & Cases. Look for posts that tell you to tap the link and claim your energy.
Do the links run out?
Yes. The studio says first come, first served. It doesn't say how long a link lasts, so use new ones soon after they're posted.
Does Mystery Town have promo codes?
The game's help center has no page about codes. The studio's free Energy comes as links you open on your device.
Who runs this page?
The Game Reward. We're players, not part of Cedar Games Studio, and every link here came from the official Mystery Town Facebook page.
Do these links cost money?
No, they're free. You only pay if you choose to buy something in the game.

The Game Reward Community operates independently of Mystery Town or Cedar Games Studio. We provide a platform for players to list Free Energy links.
