In order to chat to our ChatBot, Sapphire, or to a Live Agent, please follow these steps:
Click on the purple “Chat now” box – you can find it at the bottom of the page.
You will be greeted by Sapphire, our ChatBot. According to your needs, you can select the “Free gift” or the “I need help” option.
If you choose “I need help”, Sapphire will assist you further, please select all the relevant options so our Support Heroes have all the details to quickly solve your query.
Quick Tip: If Sapphire presents you the option to chose from a number of possible situations, like in the example below, clicking / tapping the relevant button, will move the conversation further much more closer to your resolution.
