Payouts

All your spin results are produced by a random number generator (RNG).

To explain how this works, when you press Spin the game sends a request to the server, where the RNG is located. The feature immediately produces your spin result as a sequence of numbers. The server interprets that result, calculates the win amount and adds it to your balance and also triggers any additional wins (such as level-up or challenge rewards) all in one second, then sends all that information back to your game, where all the appropriate animations play.

Since the spin result is produced and recorded on the server it can’t be lost even if you are disconnected or run into a technical disruption. Also, the game will try to play all the relevant animations in a logical order.

All spins have the same probability of success or failure, regardless of the player, his or her level, how many coins he or she has, or how long they’ve been playing. Also, the machines cannot verify who pays or does not pay for coins, and therefore there is no correlation between paying or non-paying users and the payouts. While some slot machines can be more volatile than others, none have bigger payouts overall.

Our slot machines are tested countless times by numerous parties running millions of rounds to ensure that they are working properly.

Our games are fair, thoroughly tested and in no way are the results of a particular player or group of players controlled by us. While it can be frustrating when you seem not to be winning, it is just a matter of luck. Fortunately, luck changes and a player who may be losing today might hit the big payout tomorrow!
