First, it is very important to know that once an item has been won, that item cannot be lost.
However, sometimes, minor technical inconsistencies such as small visual glitches may occur.
When this happens, some rewards may not be properly displayed on your end of the screen, and it might appear that they were not actually added on your account. In cases like this, always check your inventory and/or pantry after the disruption and look for the goods that you’ve won.
If you’re not sure what the rewards were, you can always submit a ticket to the Customer Support Team.
After you send them details of the matter, they will investigate properly and offer you all the information you need.
In the meantime, you can y perform a few basic troubleshooting steps in order to prevent this type of minor disruptions.

– Clear the cached data on your device or browser;
– Make sure your browser/app version is up to date.
– Make sure your internet connection is stable (you can reset your router/modem)
– Reinstall the app or switch the browser on which you usually play
